Ludwigsburg reportedly agrees to deal with Billy Garrett Jr.

MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg announced the team had signed shooting guard Billy Garrett Jr., who comes to replace Markell Johnson after failing his medicals earlier this month. Garrett will make his BCL debut after previous European experiences in France, Greece, and Poland.
