Džanan Musa:”It is time to celebrate”

After winning 11th EuroLeague’s title by beating Olympiacos (79-78)in the championship game, Real Madrid’s small forward Džanan Musa was trilled to be the part of the champion team and to represent his country in the bets way.

“With this game we showed our character, we showed how tough we are and we did most important things of all. We stayed together when it was the hardest. The result of all that was this title and I am glad I was part of the team. Besides Real Madrid, I am glad I represented my country (Bosnia and Herzegovina) here. I can’t explain this feeling, it is so amazing.”

This season, Real didn’t have an easy path. They lost few of their key players, almost lost in the Playoffs but with all obstacles they made it to Kaunas and their road was “Ad Astra per Aspera” (through the stars to difficulties).

“We had a lot of ups and downs this season. Especially in the Playoffs. Two weeks before we almost were out of the competition and now we are carrying this (the trophy) with ourselves. Again, I will tell it is an indescribable feeling. I really enjoyed this Final Four, especially when it ends like this. I didn’t have any reason not to enjoy”, finished Musa who was eager to celebrate the title with the team.
