Apparently, Dennis Schroder’s current EuroBasket heroics for Germany speaks loud, which may finally bring him a much-awaited opportunity to be back in the NBA.

As told by league insider Marc Stein, there is a β€œrising buzz” in the league circles about the job prospects of Schroder. He further noted that the veteran guard will almost certainly land a playing chance again at the end of the month.

Schroder is powering the underdog Germans to their current unthinkable exploits in EuroBasket for the previous weeks. Tallying 26 points and eight dimes, he led his national club in marching through the semifinals bout of the tourney after outlasting superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Greece in Tuesday’s knockout match.

The 28-year-old has been splendid so far in his EuroBasket run, flirting with an average of 20.2 points and seven assists per game as Germany’s de facto floor general and main man.

Currently an unrestricted free-agent, Schroder splitted his 2021-22 season in the Boston Celtics and the Houston Rockets. As such, with his continuing impressive showings, offer sheets could be under preparation now amongst interested clubs in the association.
