Report: Damian Lillard is interested in playing with Deandre Ayton

Deandre Ayton is set to become a restricted free agent this summer. The number one pick of the 2018 NBA Draft has spent his entire career so far with the Suns. He reportedly wants to sing a max contract.

Several teams are reportedly interested in signing him with the Pistons, Trail Blazer, Spurs and Raptors being mentioned specifically.

When it comes to Portland, its superstar Damian Lillard is interested in playing Ayton which could be a good enough motivation for the team to pursue the Suns’ center.
